Question 1

What happens when I click Book Storage Now?

Accepted Answer

You continue to our secure online booking system (Kinnovis). You pick the cellar that fits, sign and pay online, and instantly receive your personal digital access code by email. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

Question 2

How quickly can I move in?

Accepted Answer

Immediately. As soon as your booking is confirmed online, your digital access code is active — walk in via the secured garage whenever you need it.

Question 3

Can I store short-term or long-term?

Accepted Answer

Both. All rentals are month-to-month. Stay one month or stay a year — scale up, scale down, or cancel any time.

Question 4

Do I need to join the MisterBoxy Club?

Accepted Answer

Joining the MisterBoxy Club gives you access to member benefits, including special storage rates and local support. MisterBoxy is private storage for known Club members, managed locally with controlled access, clear house rules, and a strong focus on security and respect for the building community. Club dues are only paid when you rent your cellar.

Question 5

Who is Mister Boxy for?

Accepted Answer

For tenants and owners who rent a garage space in Quartier Kirchberg — plus commuters working at the EU institutions and Kirchberg residents who want extra space within walking distance of home or work.

Question 6

What is Mister Boxy?

Accepted Answer

Mister Boxy is a simple, secure way to rent extra cellar space in Luxembourg. You join the Club, book online in minutes, and access your cellar digitally any time. Our first location in Luxembourg-Kirchberg holds 54 storage cellars on the 2nd underground floor of a residential complex.

Question 7

What storage size do I need?

Accepted Answer

Cellars range from 2.6 m³ (a few suitcases, ~15 boxes) to 15 m³ (small-apartment cellar replacement). Not sure? Call us — we'll help you pick in 2 minutes.

Question 8

Can I access my cellar at any time?

Accepted Answer

Your personal digital code lets you in whenever you need it — no keys, no front desk, no appointments. Because the cellar area is inside a residential building, we kindly ask members to respect quiet hours for the neighbours upstairs.

Question 9

Is the storage secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Secured garage entrance, continuous video surveillance across the cellar area, and a verified-members-only Club. Your belongings stay safe.

Question 10

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contracts are month-to-month and flexible. Scale your storage up or down, or cancel when you no longer need it.
